Конференція проводиться у рамках міжнародного проєкту UkraStud, що об’єднує п’ять університетів-партнерів – IEU (координатор), USV (Сучава), IUC (Стамбул), UNIZG (Загреб), UNIPD (Падуя) – і досліджує питання інклюзії, добробуту та європейської ідентифікації українських студентів. Захід демонструє академічній спільноті МЄУ результати проєктної роботи та знайомить студентів з ширшим спектром міжнародних можливостей, доступних завдяки участі університету в європейських освітніх ініціативах.

The conference is organised within the framework of the international UkraStud project, which brings
together five partner universities – IEU (coordinator), USV (Suceava), IUC (Istanbul), UNIZG (Zagreb), UNIPD
(Padua) – and explores issues of inclusion, well-being and European identification of Ukrainian students.
The event presents to the IEU academic community the results of the project work and introduces students
to a broader range of international opportunities available through the university’s participation in
European educational initiatives.

Мета конференції / 2. Aim of the conference

Поширити серед студентів, партнерів та академічної спільноти МЄУ інформацію про результати проєкту UkraStud та інші міжнародні можливості університету, сформувати у студентів практичне розуміння наявних інструментів підтримки інклюзії, психологічного добробуту і переходу до працевлаштування, а також зміцнити внутрішньоуніверситетську мережу учасників міжнародних ініціатив.

To disseminate, among IEU students, partners and the academic community, information about the results
of the UkraStud project and other international opportunities offered by the university; to give students a
practical understanding of the available tools for supporting inclusion, psychological well-being and the
transition to employment; and to strengthen the internal university network of participants in international
initiatives.

Завдання конференції / 3. Objectives of the conference

Представити роль МЄУ як активного учасника міжнародної академічної співпраці та поточний портфель міжнародних проєктів університету.
Present the role of IEU as an active participant in international academic cooperation and the university’s current portfolio of international projects.
Ознайомити учасників з консорціумом, структурою та основними результатами проєкту UkraStud (Erasmus+). Familiarise participants with the consortium, structure and main outcomes of the UkraStud project (Erasmus+).
Презентувати дослідницький компонент проєкту: методологію, ключові висновки фокус-груп в університетах-партнерах та порівняльний аналіз досвіду українських студентів.
Present the research component of the project: methodology, key findings from focus groups at partner universities and a comparative analysis of Ukrainian students’ experiences.
Представити три практичні керівництва WP4 для менторів – щодо соціальної інклюзії, переходу до працевлаштування та психологічного благополуччя – як інструменти для академічної та менторської роботи.
Present the three WP4 practitioner guides for mentors – on social inclusion, transition to employment and psychological well-being – as tools for academic and mentoring work.
Поінформувати студентів про інші міжнародні можливості: програми мобільності, стипендії, мережі співпраці та шляхи долучення до них.
Inform students about other international opportunities: mobility programmes, scholarships, cooperation networks and ways to engage with them.
Створити простір для неформальної взаємодії між студентами, викладачами, координаторами міжнародних проєктів та запрошеними партнерами.
Create a space for informal interaction between students, faculty, international project coordinators and invited
partners.
Зібрати зворотний зв’язок учасників щодо інтересу до міжнародних ініціатив та запитів на подальші тематичні заходи.
Collect participants’ feedback on interest in international initiatives and demand for further thematic events.
